Frank's House is a stunning example of a classic Greek Revival Brooklyn Brownstone, originally constructed in 1905. Recently, in 2022, the parlor underwent a complete restoration, modernization, and reimagining. The magnificent handcrafted walnut and plaster details have been meticulously restored to their original grandeur, seamlessly integrating contemporary kitchen and bathroom features, bridging the gap between the past and present.
Located in the charming neighborhood of Clinton Hill, the picturesque stoop of Frank's House is a quintessential representation of iconic New York architecture. The parlor floor of Frank's House has a rich history, having housed the original owners' elegant dining and sitting rooms. The grandeur of the space is highlighted by the presence of 8-foot solid walnut pocket doors that provide an elegant separation of the two rooms, exuding a sense of timeless charm and sophistication.

Our favorite part of the space…
Frank’s kitchen was built for cooking, shooting, and showcasing. Brass details, marble counters, and white oak cabinetry provide a crisp aesthetic that lets the food take center stage. Visually, the kitchen design was intended for food styling and photo/film production while maintaining ideal utility and functionality.
